Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the performance of candidates at Written Test.

Required Age:
For post 1, 3 Candidates maximum age must not be more than 37 years.
For post 2, 5, 8 Candidates maximum age must not be more than 32 years.
For post 4, 6, 7, 9 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 18 years & maximum age must not be more than 27 years.
Upper Age Relaxation of 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PWD.

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 Candidates must have acquired Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent for Male Nurse & must be registered Nurse with Nursing Council.
For post 2 Candidates must have acquired Degree in Pharmacy/ Sr. Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institution & must be qualified & registered.
For post 3 Candidates must have acquired Degree/ Diploma in Social Work from Central/ State Govt./ AICTE recognized Institution with 01 year of experience in Family Planning, Social work/ Health Education/ Training.
For post 4 Candidates must have passed Sr. Secondary/ 10+2 in Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with 01 year of experience in O. T. of a recognized Hospital.
For post 5 Candidates must have passed 10+2/ Sr. Secondary in Science, 03 years of Degree Course or Diploma Training Course in Occupational Therapist from Central/ State Govt./ AICTE recognized Institution with 06 months Internship in the relevant field.
For post 6 Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with elementary knowledge of 1st Aid & must have 01 year of experience in Handling and Dressing wounds in Govt approved/ registered Nursing Home/ Hospital.
For post 7 Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with 02 years of Diploma in Radiography from Central/ State Govt./ AICTE recognized Institution & must have 01 year of experience in Radiography Department.
For post 8 Candidates must have acquired Graduation in Science with 01 year of experience of Handling ECG Machine in a recognized Institution or Sr. Secondary/ 10+2 or equivalent qualification from recognized Board with 03 years of experience in Handling ECG Machine.
For post 9 Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with 02 years of experience in Application of Plasters in an Orthopedic Unit of a recognized Hospital.

Cost of Application:
Candidates have to pay Application Fee which Rs. 300/- (No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESIC Employees/ Female/ Ex-servicemen) by Bank Challan to be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).
